Kegonsa Capital Partners Managing Director and founder is Ken Johnson  .

Ken was an entrepreneur from 1997 to 2004. He founded seven startups, two of which were acquired for $8 million and $57 million, and one went public for $80 million. Two of those startups were UW-Madison spinouts.

Ken is a member of the Badger Fund of Funds' General Partner and on the Investment Committee of each of the five Badger portfolio funds. As of June 2022, the Badger Fund portfolio funds have invested in 35 Wisconsin-based startups. Learn more.

Ken became the Managing Partner of the Kegonsa Seed Fund in 2005 and a Managing Member of the Kegonsa Coinvest Fund in 2008.
